Could you provide us additional information?
- Did you have connection to Nokia Server with a previous version of Nokia Suite?
- Are you using proxy server? If yes, could you check the proxy server settings for your network?
- Can you browse the internet using Internet Explorer?
- What kind of network did you use when this failed?
- Did you change networks in any way before this occurred? Network disconnected and then connected for example?
- Does computer reboot help?
