Nokia Suite 3.4.27 could not connect to the service.

I just installed Nokia Suite 3.4.27 to my computer.After which I did a software update check this prompt message came up"There seems to be a problem connecting to the Nokia Suite update service.Make sure your firewall and virus settings are correct.Also,make sure that the menu option for working offline is not chosen in Internet Explorer.If,you still can't connect,the service maybe unavailable.Please try again later.

I am using a Nokia N85-3 which I need to reinstall the firmware ,because the phone navigation key and softkeys become difficult to press after a change of sim card or battery pull.
