My N9 got notification SW update PR 1.3 yesterday. Directly i do update that firmware( batt's full). But when i tab creat backup, it did than suddenly hanged. I tried 2 times but it's same as. finally I jumped this creat back up to update that SW. Download run smootly as well. But when installation run, it hanged at 90% installation. I can't did anything with my phone. Batt. drained fastly, I pluge USB to charged. While charging, I pushed on/off button, My phone turned off. Immeddietly phone responsed to rescue the software(red written : rescuing software.. please wait...). Rescuing process okay and phone restarted itself.I was asked to update SW via NOKIA UPDATER. Seem normal, I checked all application were there and they are still okey except I found facebook and tweeter red notice icon on the homescreen. In manage Application, their red notice icon said that installation fail and couldn't be reinstalled. And I found too in Setting>About product>version PR1.3(30.2012.07-1_PR_005).Than I connected phone to computer (Windows 7)with Nokia Suite Beta 3.5.21. it showed PR1.2 installed.( addition : can't sync contact and stopped program).
Please help me to recover this phone. Thanks so much before.

The EXACT thing happened when I tried to upgrade....I have been looking for
the install and can't find it. I want to give another try.
Lately I cant even get to the log -in page on the ovi store...let alone download
anything...PLUS, My phone will not let me set up my Google mail account - I used to
have it, but i wanted to save space so I disabled my mail...I had used that Google account
as my login to ovi store...So I am wondering if that's all tied together?
I wouldn't mind doing a clean install, (if I knew all my purchased items would
be able to be re-downloaded again....but I need to find PR 1.3 first
Any suggestions???
