Nokia Betalabs

It don't work on ny nokia E7-00 Belle 111.030.0609.225.10, product code 059F835, always show "no info avaiable" (in italian "informazioni meteo non disponibili). If i tap on widget and i open wheather app i can see correct forecast. i find the same problem with select try helsinki, istanbul, rome) or gps (my country is bareggio, italy) location. Anybody can help me? i have tried to reinstall widget a couple of time but i have always the same result
