i have FW 3.28 and i downloaded 1.09. Any help would be appreciated

Did you download via pc or mobile? If you downloaded by pc did you install the support file first?

If you did then it seems you have done all things correctly. Then all I can suggest is to uninstall Ovi Contacts - reboot device and then download again (using a different method to last time) and install and see if that helps

Application works on E71. Have you updated to the current FW.

Current FW on my phone 410.21.010

i use e71 500.xxx but still i can't download ovi contact from the web, it say "the device is not support".

Any idea????
Or is there any one who have ovi contact 1.6 ?
