I have personally sent over a dozen emails to Ovi/Nokia Support on this matter, spent 30 minutes on the phone to their call centre, and had 2 job tickets opened -ALL TO NO AVAIL!
The quality of response from Nokia has been highly disappointing and were I to bill them for my time, expenses, etc. arising from denial of access to my email on Ovi, it would cost them over $5,000. Not to mention some of the rude responses that I have received from Nokia support staff who cannot be bothered to rectify the problem.
IT IS 138 DAYS SINCE THE OVI MAIL WEBSITE WAS WITHDRAWN FROM NIGERIAN OVI USERS AND IT IS NOW PERFECTLY OBVIOUS TO ME AND OTHER NIGERIANS THAT NOKIA SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE!
