If I try to access my account via webmail I get the following error;

When I try to access it from my handset (N8) via the messaging application I am able to send and receive but there is no new messages(I understand that there will be a short period before my old messages will be available), I have also sent an email to myself which will send successfully but will not show in my inbox.
I have tried using IMAP via my Windows 7 PC in Thunderbird but I get the same result.
I had accepted the new terms of service months ago and have also attempted again yesterday but I get an 'unexpected error'.
I have also noticed that my Ovi Chat application is unable to sign into any community including Yahoo! and Ovi Chat, not sure if this is related or not.
Please let me know if this is a know issue or not and when I should expecting basic access to my account.

I have a related problem:
All my old mails and contacts have disappeared totally with this migration.
Please, do something quick: I need my mails and contacts!
Further to this I have noticed that I am able to receive emails from Yahoo! and spam emails in a 'Bulk Mail' folder
Just discovered that my gmail forwarding is being returned as my OVI user no longer exists, please restore my account!
Why is it impossible to log-in at my ovi-mailaccount an why is my password wrong? I cannot read any of my mails since a week and all my older mails are gone. What's next??

The OVI support Q&A has been updated regarding this issue (link bellow); it advises that they are investigating and they have requested that if you are affected to log a support call via the contact us page or call Nokia support.

I have similar problem with my ovi mail account.
I was able to log in still on Friday 8th April, but after I haven't been able to log in.
Has anyone got any answer from support?

Unbelievable. How many ovi account are there? I'm getting serious problems when I can't get to my inbox for so long.
I have noticed the bellow post by official Nokia support people floating around the internet regarding issues with the migration of mail accounts; it appears that non standard characters in passwords (changing the password with fix this) and in your OVI ID may be the cause of the problems.
I have not herd from Nokia support yet nor have I seen any updates regarding this issue anywhere.

There are a few known issues affecting Ovi Mail users that may be preventing you from logging in, and we are actively investigating these issues right now. Team is working with the “Ovi Mail powered by Yahoo! can’t load” case to fix it.
The is problem with login if Ovi Mail password contains non standard ASCII characters, such as "ä", "é", “ñ”, “æ”. The fix is not yet available. Until that fix is deployed, you can login via the web at www.ovi.com and change your password to only contain standard ASCII characters.
You may not able to log in to your Ovi Mail account because your Ovi ID does not meet the new username requirements. Your Ovi Mail email address needs to meet these basic rules to be valid – 3-32 characters and only contain letters, numbers, “.” and “_” (Note! single dot in username). If your Ovi ID does not meet these requirements, we recommend that you create a new Ovi Mail account. Further, we are working to provide a way for you to transfer your old emails from your old Ovi Mail account to your new Ovi Mail powered by Yahoo! account.

My ovi email account started to work on Sunday. All emails are back, but folders which had subfolders seems to been coverted. The datum of each old email seems to convert so that it looks like they have been sent 1.1.1970!
But as summa summarum: I am now able to log in and all my emails are there!
My problem is solved: change change password and then change it back.

The problem seems to have been resolved for me too but I did not need to change my password, just logged in this morning and it worked. possibly due to the migration ending although I do not yet have access to my old emails.
Does anyone else still not have access to their old emails?
