What are the issues you are experiencing? I've been using OVI Mail for months and never had any set-up issues.

Are you trying to set-up via phone or PC?

If by phone what phone, firmware and version of the set-up software?

At what point are you seeing the delays?

I have the same problem in my e51. After installation when it opens & gets stuck at "preparing for setup".
I am using 220.34.37
