About QT, you can try to download with nokia connectivity analyze http://betalabs.nokia.com/c?n=13865&t=http%3A%2F%2Fnds2.betalabs.nokia.c..., it should install it.
about ovi store, try to go with your mobile to www.ovi.com and after to the store.

Thanks for the reply. I have installed both files connectivityanalyzer.sis and also the tried installing the ovi store again.
It downloads the file then the installation process starts, but when the bar goes to full I get an error message "unable to install".
After the hard reset (3 finger salute) I lost Ovi store, Ovi maps, Social, quick search widget and other stuff. I was able get everything except the ovi store and QT.
Could any one from here help me get it back?

such posts should be in the nokia discussions and not the beta labs, anyway, just got mine back from nokia care as this seems to be the only option at the moment to restore the missing files.

Hi robbie-brar - Rich_enduro is right. The "hard reset" - 3 finger is not recommended and the only option is to go to Nokia Care to restore.
