Thanks for your feedback, we are investigating this issue! Could you try out to delete the voice catalog file from the Maps folder? Go to the File manager and browse your memory card to cities\diskcache\voices -folder, and delete voice_catalog file. After that turn Maps online and check the voice catalog again from Settings > Navigation.

thank you very much, after performing the steps you described, the own voice is there, voice catalog file was re-loaded.

Hi Niina !

Back again. I tried the navigation with own voice: after one own-voice-instruction I must stop the driving guidance ( for personal reasons only ), short after that I started again, but no voice came out. I realized in the settings, that again no own voice is there. I was both online and offline during this, but I can not tell you when the own voice disappeared. So I deleted the voice catalog file again and let the phone pul a new one. Now, the voice is there, but I am not sure for how long.
I hope it helps a little for your investigation.
