Black loading screen

after i installed the app. when I opened it, it only showed me a black screen.

Mine crashed after about 2 / 3 minutes the first launch, after a reboot it worked fine (after it had about 3 minutes to start itself properly.

Did your previous version work?

yup the previous versions works for me, but this one doesn't. Installed it twice already but still doesn't work.

The black screen is very likely caused by the installation issue of QT quick components 1.1. I will contact you separately for that.

Received what?? i it too.. Black screen when open the Nokia Store QML.
Alrdy download the latest one. 3.20.49, still the same.

After installed doesn't work. Only blackscreen (in taskmanager is visible as nokiastoreclient) Nokia E6-00, newest software. Maybe it will help: Live View gives error: Some error was detected .... Qt.createQmlObject() failed to create object: grc:/gml/Preloader0.qml:1:21 plugin cannot be loaded for module com.nokia.symbian ....

I think no, the same problem was with the previous versions (I just wanted to check if they works), but there were not prepared to E6-00 so I didn't mention about it in comments. I use only Nokia Situations, if you wish further information I can send screenshots from LiveView.

Maybe it also will help, I also installed Nokia Maps with bug few weeks ago which appeared in Nokia Suite and something odd:
- when I bought my E6-00 i couldn't install java apps from the store, firstly I thought that they there prepared for Nokias with different resolution, but after reinstalling phone software (from Nokia Suite) now java apps can be installed without problems.

i d0wnloaded the 1.1 components as given in a post but whn i tried to install them my e7 says that 4.7 or newer version required. The 3.18 work fine, but when i install this new 3.20 black screen occur, when downgrade to the 3.18.. Make worst 3.18 same black screen i think the Qt on 3.20 is the problem replace the older one.

After installing store client, many QT applications, like AccuWeather.co, stopped working. (They open with a black screen with a single 'Exit' button.) Device is 701 with Belle. Following the comments and discussions herein, I tried to install qt-components_1_1, didn't help. Also installed full store with Qt, "storeinstaller_tb92_QTbundle_prd_PROD_3.30.012". Still not working.

On my N8-00 Belle, I installed the latest beta of Nokia store: (storeinstaller_tb92_QTbundle_prd_PROD_3.30.012),
it opens and works, I look for games / applications, but when I push the button to download: it shows a black screen and nothing more...
what's wrong?
I try to install "qt-components_1_1.sis" but doesn't work because i don't have qt 4.07 (4)...
please can someone send me the qt 4.07 (4)?

updates: when i download, the application now shows me the screen of the page login account, but when i login with my details gives me "Network operation timeout - try again later"

Just tried installing several times but nokiastoreclient gets stuck loading just shows black screen.

I've tried reinstalling, uninstalling all previous versions of the store client and rebooting... but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thanks for your help, I do think It was a QT issue. Unfortunately I did not get to your message in time, it seems like I would have had an easier time resolving the issue.

After I tried uninstalling the beta version of the store I was unable to get my original store back so I had to do a 3 button reset on my phone as it was the only way of getting the original back.

The funny thing though is that after this, it seems that all my QT problems where resolved and my phone starting performing so much better in regards to QT applications. I wonder how many people are experiencing similar issues without knowing b/c I never really messed with QT aside from following these recommendations in relation to Anna updates 1/2 & 2/2 http://www.nokia.com/us-en/support/faq/?action=singleFAQ&caseid=FA136073....

Hello guys try to set differently your Internet access point! For example, in "mobile.vodafone.it" instead of "wap.omnitel.it," he was not doing WhatsApp (which does not work in wap) I changed the access point to "Internet by phone," and also works nokiastore!
The phone always uses my rate without wap. try it!

(after installing the new beta nokiastore and the package qt)
