when I go to nokia store will not let me download anything .. I say "enter my account nokia" but let me just ..

kindly explain a little more Martin.... Or just reinstall the Client and rest the phone to factory settings ...being careful not to delete the data, backup the phone and then reinstall the Client and also your account information will get reset and you will be prompted to enter it again and the issue of no log in to account will be solved.
