Doesn't install

Doesn't install. Hangs on "Please wait. Installation will take a few minutes"

try closing all apps by using netqin antivirus or mguard or any other software.....i faced the same problem but when i closed the apps it worked without a hitch....also it seems the installation is stuck becuz the latest whats app update keeps the installer running
