Hi,

do you still have this problem? There was some service outage in Saturday.

hi,
thx for your prompt reply.
i tried to login this past Tuesday and during the weekend.
still no go.

Please help me. It's been more than a year since I last could use this application...

Hi Onpu-chan,

over the year this application has had some bug fixes. So it is better that you uninstall the application first. Then check if there is newer phone firmware to update. And finally download the newest 2.05 version of the software and have a try.

Hello Kari,
sorry, I should have explained better, but I forgot because this is not the first time I write here because of this issue. Well, first of all, I own a 5230 (so no wi-fi); over the last year I've installed all firmware updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the application many times, and of course I've always installed the latest release. Every time the same problem, "First time sign in failed". It was my favorite application...

Hi Onpu-chan,

this is very difficult to say. 5230 needs additioanal QT libraries so it sounds that libraries cause now some problem. Can you remove QT libraries also and let new Wellness Diary with smart installer to reinstall those?

Hello and thanks for your reply. I tried to do what you said but i can't unistall QT Mobility, it says "unistall failed" and if i try to launch the .sis again, it says "update failed". I searched the net and i heard this was a mistake of the developers who made it possibile for QT Mobility S^3 version to install on s60v5, and now it's stuck in my phone. I don't know if that is true, but anyway is there anything i can do? I feel this could be the reason of my problems with Wellness Diary and other apps :(

Product team response

Hi Onpu-chan,

you might find help in QT issues in http://qt-project.org/. Generally having QT based applications in S60v5 phones is a bit challenge because there is not much memory in those devices. You might consider also factory reset.

I did factory reset and now QT is okay, but the issue is still there :(

If that can be useful, i've checked the connection manager (i hope it's called this way in english) while it signs in... it tries to connect a couple of times, and it disconnects almost immediately, why?

This trial has ended!
