Wifi at home and at special places. Gprs or Umts when on the go. Both methods show login problem, so rather not related.
What about the messages problem?
What about new T&C's despite no automatic update allowed?
Hi MCBuhl,
please try to do the first time login using mobile network and remove wlan connection point for time being. After successful login you can reinstall wlan ap and start using it. After successful login and syncrhonization all messages read once should not be new anymore. You should not logout from the Wellness Diary or otherwise it will download all data as new ones. Logout in Wellness Diary means that it will clear Wellness Diary data in the phone.
Ähm, ja, thanks for your taking care, Kari. But: I do not logout myself, the app does it and yes it is very often when I'm at home where the wlan is. In any case, this method you are suggesting (delete wlan setting) cannot be the true solution! It may work for a workaround, but why shouldn't I use wifi to synchronize? I mean, I have a dataplan, you know?
Hi MCBuhl,
I refine a bit. Can you try first without wlan if you get syncrhonization and login working ok. Then you can move back to use wlan fully. The reason might be that your wlan connection is somehow limiting the access and you are not really logged in.
ok, next time the app asks me to re accept t&c's, I'll do so. Right now i'm at home and the litlle connection sign in the top right corner signalizes online status for wellness diary.
So maybe i've to refine also: from time to time, i'm asked to re accept t&c's (maybe automatic update? But this option is set to no!). Then the app tries to connect, but login fails several times.
As promised, next time it appears, i'll try gsm connection first.
btw: same probleme with store app from beta labs.
Hi again. After Belle is there, new sign on in wellness diary. I did as you suggested: gsm only. It really did sign in to my nokia acount in the first run. Great. But: all messages marked as unread! No possibility to mark all and set status on "read". Ok, I went through the nearly 70 messages or so, but this could be improved - as long as there is a need to keep those messages - the reason to do so, I didn't remember, but from my first trials I learnt to better keep those cups and medailles in the inbox...
Hi MCBuhl,
after Belle installation the client is considered new or empty. That is why server restores everything because there is no knowledge in the client about the last synchronization.
it should be on server side, don't you think? it's just a 0 or a 1 on a defined position - read/unread.
